believe you are entering the correct password but still get the message The
password you typed is incorrect, your password might include
mixed-cased characters. Try the following solutions:
Enter Admin and then click OK without typing a password.
Enter your password with Caps Lock or Num Lock turned on or off.
Enter variations of your password, using mixed upper- and lower-case
characters.
Enter the password with a space before or after the actual password.
Enter the password in a text editor, such as WordPad or NotePad, to
confirm that your keyboard is functioning properly.
Restore a pre-update backup of your file that does not have the casesensitive
password. When you restore this file, you can set your new
administrator password at the end of the update process.
If you are still unable to access your file, go to the Password Recovery.
