How do I restore a QuickBooks backup file?

First,Back up your files daily. Backup copies are important insurance; if

you should lose data for any reason, you can restore data from your backup

copy. Enterprise Solutions enables you to back up and restore your data in a

number of ways.

To backup a company file:

1 Go to the File menu and click Save Copy or Backup.

2 Choose the backup option you want, click Next, and follow the onscreen

instructions.

To restore a company file:

1 Go to the File menu and click Open or Restore .

2 Choose the restore option you want, click Next, and follow the onscreen

instructions.
